@fdhc60 Thank you, Diane. As of 1PM yesterday, the original number has been restored. Total time of disruption was 44 hours, more than six of which was spent on the phone with @GetSpectrum customer service. Not all bad people, I might add. Thank you to Blake, Cindy and Tonya.

@GetSpectrum WiFi is literally so terrible. I get better T-Mobile service, and that’s really saying something🙄

@cpnYarhar It's still an upgrade from the <5 I used to get. I wish @GetSpectrum offered plans with a more reasonable up/down ratio. I would so much prefer something like 100/50 to my new 400/20 plan. Even their gigabit plan only has 35 up; it's a joke.

@akohlhepp @Ask_Spectrum You will need to upgrade to the $100/month version for @Ask_Spectrum to provide actual Customer Support. The over-priced $70/month rate is for internet SERVICE, but no support. Also, that’s the intro rate. After 12 months, it’s 140/mo (all inclusive - service + support) 💰

Just want to congratulate @GetSpectrum for giving me the worst customer service experience of my life. I have pictures. I have voice recordings. I will share. It only took 14 months to MAYBE fix my internet problem. The jury is still out. Unbelievable.

@Ask_Spectrum just wanted to let you know that I will be cancelling my Internet with you. After a year the price was raised, and there’s been more random outages. I’m paying more money for worse service. Terrible.

@GetSpectrum i dont kno what yall r doin but u consistently interrupt my internet service daily sometimes more than 4x a day sometimes 4x in a row. Never have i had this type of inconvenience from an american company not even when i lived for a few years outside the us

I never have a problem streaming stuff in 4K, but the day @Stranger_Things comes out, either @netflix or @GetSpectrum sh*t the bed. Episode has to pause 6 times to buffer and spends 5 mins in like 360p. It’s like 2008 all over again.

Update... @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum is unable to escalate an issue because I "accepted" a credit for the "inconvenience". I accepted nothing. The supervisor issued a credit without even telling me he was doing so. Laughable customer service.
